Opened the box, appears the box was damaged in shipping.Meter on channel 3 has been punched into the chassis.The Tascam tag was floating in the box.The balance of the transaction was ok. I'm not sure how much of this was the potential lack of "professional packing" vs bad handling by the shipper. (UPS)I'd like to know if this was shipped with any level of insurance.

Great replacement for my broken roller.
2 of 2 found this helpful Even though the title does not include the NV370, it does fit this model. The NV370 has independent bearings on the end of the brush roller but this replacement has an axle instead of independent ends. Nevertheless, it fits the NV370 perfectly and works fine.

Perfect replacement
1 of 1 found this helpful I was worried a replacement part might not fit but the part was perfect to replace my original holder (which was destroyed by some corroded batteries ... will never leave old batteries in the camera again.)
