Easy to set-up and adjust
2 of 2 found this helpful I purchased this exercise bike to exercise my knees. Had a knee replacement some years ago and the other knee is now nearing replacement. My Physio recommended cycling to exercise my knees and to build muscle. Since doing exercises and using this exercise bike, I have much less pain and I am also more mobile.
Recommend it to anyone with similar problems

Quality ear defenders with radio
Purchased these for use driving an older tractor which can be noisy. They are comfortable to wear and do provide good ear protection. The sound of the tractor and implement is muffled but still audible, so any fault or breakage will still be heard.
The radio works well with good sound quality. I am only getting used to the buttons which are a little difficult to work while wearing the headset. Practice will help.
