Good As Pictured
What you'd expect, a full gasket set except that it also included a 3rd valve cover gasket. Looks to be good quality, and was shipped promptly.

Just What I Needed To Fix The One That Failed
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to replace a one or more generations older version from Zoeller. That type had a middle green plastic section with a top and bottom half held together with either non-stainless, or poor grade stainless screws which corroded, broke, and caused the sump pump to do nothing - thank goodness it was in the sump where it just emptied back into the sump instead of the basement floor area.
This one does away with that, is permanently molded together which makes it non-servicable, you can't just replace the rubber gasket-valve, but they probably don't even sell kits for that so there's no point.
Dimensionally it is about the same length but slightly wider than the old style, at least it seemed to have a little less clearance but not much. The rubber end caps flip over and the necks on the green plastic are tapered so it handles 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" on either end by just flipping the rubber pieces over.
They are thick rubber and the straps look to be reasonably good quality stainless. It fixed my problem and I'd buy it again. One star deducted for the flange on the green part being a little wider than it could of been so it hits the pump float guard with a slight bend in the rubber coupler, but if you are using it for a new installation you can just take that clearance issue into account when deciding where to place it on the pipe.

Fair Value
Batteries do not seem to be recent manufacture date, as already at 12.2V instead of higher. I can't complain for the low price paid but the device I bought them for already has a battery in it with a higher voltage than this (lol).
