Outstanding Tai Chi book
Excellent introduction to Tai Chi.
It offers clear step-by-step illustrations and practice tips to guide the reader from beginner to advanced level.
Among other things it investigates the origins and history of Tai Chi, reviews the fundamentals and benefits of practice, and demonstrates some little-known drills, as well as fundamental practice and key Long Form techniques. Additionally he explores the martial and self-defence application of some of the fundamental techniques.

Fantastic teaching tool
Clear instructions, well paced, that presupposes no prior knowledge or experience. Mimi Kuo-Deemer leads you through each set, move by move and there are well placed camera angles that clearly demonstrate how the move should be performed.
