Cannot be set for sunset, etc
They are sold as smart devices, but the cannot be set to go on at sunset, etc. which is the reason people would pay for this device. So it is no better than the inexpensive old fashioned timers

Good fitting Valve shutoff, terrible phone apps, WIFI connection and total cost
1 of 1 found this helpful The valve shutoff is very good and works much better than others I have tried, fits the more common valve sizes.
The bad is 1) They have two apps and I spent days trying to get it to work before finding the second app which finally made it work.
2) The device is not strong about maintaining the connection to the WIFI, so it keeps disconnecting so I can't remotely from my phone turn the water valve on or off.
3) The very high cost of the valve and each of the water detectors ($50-$60 EACH vs. most detectors at $20), makes it a very expensive in total.

Works Ok, but dissapointed given high end price
1 of 3 found this helpful I upgraded from any earlier Arris model ( I am with Comcast) and this one cost twice as much, but speed, response time, etc. just the same. save your money and buy the low cost Surfboards, they give you the same quality with cable companies for much less money.
