very good, concise explanayion

the history is extremely deficient
It should be noted that this book was published in 2000.
I can't comment on the accuracy of the practical information but the historical elements are feeble. A simple example is that the Greeks are said to have been in Palestine/Israel in 400AD before the Romans arrived in 100AD. All of the other historical statements appear to be similar distorted.
