Vital piece of Carrera pit stop track
A piece of Carrera track as described. A pit stop fuel filler piece I've purchased in the past. Well boxed but in an overlarge outer package.. Delivered on time with excellent tracking information allowing me to make sure I would be in. The product will work based on my past experience with Carrera stainless steel rails and reliable electronics. Vital piece to effect simulated refueling.on a Carrera digital 132 or 124 scale track.

An Important Track You Know Little About
A detailed engaging book in typical Bill Boddy style. Very much for the enthusiast with a major emphasis on record breaking. Who knew there was so much of it on this French track near Paris. In many ways superior to Brooklands for this purpose. Also quite an insight into leading female record breakers in the 20s and 30s. A possible downside is the limited emphasis on track racing - some French GPs but it could come over just as a list of varied record attempts and not much more. I enjoyed it as I wanted to get the facts. A book full of exciting racing stories it is not. It is an accurate account of why this track was so important. The photos of early streamlining attempts are well worth seeing.

Strictly Come Dancercize (DVD)
1 of 1 found this helpful If you're a 'Strictly' fan with a need to shed a few pounds, this is the dvd for you. Having embarked on an exercise programme using Camilla Dallerup's similar product, I knew that the subtle mixture of dance and gym would be useful for my dance-mad 80 (but looks 20 years younger) mother-in-law who doesn't get to dances now as much as she'd like. Erin and Karen's user-friendly style allows you to do as much or as little exercising as you wish and it's very watchable just sitting in a chair! Of course, any dvd claiming to cater for all ability and fitness levels runs the risk of pleasing no-one but this product allows you to fast-track, just dance along or anything in between, and used for a few minutes daily it really does replicate a trip to a pop-mobility session without the travel and hassle. It's best to get to know one dance routine really well and the slow start to each routine makes copying the moves really easy. And don't worry if you can't raise your arms fully - more restricted movements are encouraged if that's what you need to do. Pretty soon your instructors feel like old friends you've invited into your home and, like old friends, they tell the same stories over and over again but in a way that makes you feel good rather than pass-the-tea-vicar bored. With an original selling price close to £20, this dvd can be picked up for a song on Ebay. You'll know you're really fit when you can do all the routines one after another, but for the mere mortals among us a little and often association with the dvd is the way to go. When you buy one, you'll be very glad you did. Dave Giddens
