Good value hard drive and easy to use

Easy to use (plug and play), simple instructions, good capacity (at 1 Tb) without paying over the odds, and "future proof" with usb 3.0 capability. Also lightweight, compact and, therefore, very portable. There are probably other products of a similar nature, but this one does it for me.

Exide ETX16 now fitted

I purchased this battery to replace one that lasted just 18 months (a NUMAX brand). That will be why such batteries generally have a warranty period of 12 months. It is early days with this Exide but it is holding a very healthy charge since it was fitted. Even so, only time can tell. The Exide CC Amps rating of 215 is a very acceptable specification for a motorcycle battery.

Could be a much better design

The phone holder itself is fine, but I have used others of similar design for other motorcycles that included an inline fuse in the design; this would be so much better if it came supplied with an inline fuse within the wiring circuit. Also, the on/off switch is a bit fiddly compared with others I have used and there is no "blue glow" from the USB slot to indicate that it is switched on.
