Black Lace - They ROCK!!!
Seminal album by a band who will never be forgotton in the history of rock music. Who will forget the sold out concerts at Earls Court, Wembley Stadium and Knebworth? Those songs etched in the memory that seem to capture a moment in time. Oh, and my 3 year daughter loves jumping around the front room to it.

Scarey, a bit shocking but a little dated now.
This is a classic horror / revenge film. I remember seeing it underage when it first came out and it staying lodged in my memory. Watching it again in 2009 it still has some shocking bits to it but it has dated. The hair styles and clothes are very dated but then it is about 25 years old now. If you a fan of horror it is definatley worth watching as Stephen King shows how to write a great horror with a story and characters and depth and not just the 'torture porn' type stuff that is aimed at teens nowadays. Good but not excellent.

Little chunks of wobbles
First of all, if you are expecting a 'Little Britain' type program then think again! Rock Profile tries to be a bit more 'clever clever' with all the pop and rock references. The first series on DVD1 seems to try a little too much but on DVD2, the second series seems to relax a wee bit and the laughs come a-plenty. The incidental music is REALLY irritating and repeatative. If you're a Walliams and Lucas fan then buy a cheap second hand copy. You may be surprised at how funny some of the sketches are but some are naff. Like anything - it's subjective. What I find funny you might not and vice versa. Ce la vie!!!!
