Small, plasticky with over-sensitive buttons. A downgrade on the 2s.
Very, very disappointed with the Master 3s. I can't say it's well designed, or comfortable and those two make it terrible value for money.
I'm a long time user of the 2s and a fan of Logitech hardware in general, but this one is a miss.
The 3s is smaller than the 2s to the point my fingers are way over the end of the buttons, it's much lighter and more plastic, the click resistance is so light that just the weight of my fingers is resulting in clicks... which is just about the most annoying thing on the planet.
I've had it a week. I can't send it back, so I'm selling it at a loss.
I hope this isn't a trend for Logitech products.

Small, comfortable but hopelessly inaccurate.
Look good? yes
Light weight? yes
Syncs with phone? yes
Syncs with phone consistently? No
I use my Charge 3 paired with my iPhone 7 to track my runs.
It does some weird measuring technique prioritising steps and stride length as a priority over recorded GPS distance. The result is, it records distance incorrectly resulting in speed/pace being incorrect. No doubt this effects the fitness scores within the app. If you don't believe me, go into the fitbit forums, everybody is complaining about it.
Would I recommend a Charge 3? The real question is: would I recommend a Fitbit device? No.
It doesn't do what it promises.

Wonderfully functional and compact
The enclosure is physically quite small, however the high-contrast LCD display is extremely clear and easy to read. I enjoy the fact it has a thermometer and hygrometer. The display has a light which is activated by the largest button (easy to find) on the front of the unit which is useful for those times when you don't want to turn a light on just to see the time (and perhaps don't want to look at your phone!)
The unit has everything you'd need for a travel clock. Best of all, it runs on AA batteries, not a common thing these days!
I highly recommend this product.
