Great once set up
Reasonably easy to set up, but there are no instructions on how to open the case, and it isn't obvious. Actually, no instructions at all, but it's only opening the case that you need help with.
The USB lead is short, which limited where it would fit, but having an On/Off switch is good for what I wanted.
Now all is sorted it works fine.

Big improvement, not perfect
A big reduction in reflections, but it doesn't entirely eliminate them in very strong sunlight.
Very easy to fit.

Does what it should
Arrived uncharged, which is a bit unusual, but charged quickly and powers the camera as normal. It is exactly what I expected and does exactly what I expected, so I can't say "Better than expected" or "Amazing".
