Excellent - if you can get hold of this model.
If you can get hold of it, this is the model to select: the latest one has removed both the wired LAN connection and uPnP support in what Majority claims are "improvements". This version provides excellent sound quality, particularly linked digitally to a majority sound bar, and has every kind of sound output one could wish. In fact, there is little need to use DAB or FM radio unless you are worried about a few seconds' delay; the range and quality of the internet radio stations available is amazing.

A near perfect music player.
It isn't always convenient to use your phone to play music and this tiny player makes a perfect replacement. It's menus are intuitive, the sound quality is very decent with the supplied ear buds (and better with a good pair of headphones)and it plays Audible files - which few other players do. The 8 GB on board is useful, but it's the work of seconds to add a 64GB micro SD card. I haven't yet tested the clip, but it looks quite secure. Overall, this is a brilliant device, particularly at this almost giveaway price.
