Don’t waste your money

Interference background noise when someone is talking. Low almost inaudible gameplay volume. Despite what it says on the box its not compatible with my Xbox one S. Other headsets bring up a menu in the settings. Plug this one in and the menu doesn’t appear. Console cannot find it. Looks nice but its no good. If only they had spent as much time on the product as they did on the packaging.
