Incorrect Handle Securing Screw
Screw provided to secure tap lever has a smaller head than original fitted to redundant insert and holds tha tap lever less securely. Why does it need to be different from the original?

Unable to Achive Gas Tight Connection
I was unable to make a gas tight connection with this device. The design of the connection uses a brass cone which is intended to mate with the conical seat on the cylinder valve. It has very little tolerance for misalignment or damage of the conical seat. The design which uses a flexible "rubber" cone has this tolerance and in my view is a much better design. I now use a regulator fitted with this "rubber" cone.
