I buy old radios for my mobile display promoting Radio Caroline on 648am, known on FB as 'The Moggy Van Radio Collection' as it is housed in my Morris Minor van, but I find EBay is an excellent place to buy anything. I also sell interesting and collectible things, at low cost, rather than throw them in the bin. Royal Mail is the only carrier I use to dispatch, and maybe I over package my items, so some may think my postage is a bit high, but they would soon complain if their stuff was late or broken!

HP VP6121 DLP Projector, with leads and carry bag
I bought this on an auction for my Father who wanted to start giving talks about his restoration of the Southwold Lifeboat 'Alfred Corry'.
It seemed that it was a readily available model, and with half the bulb life available. As the cheapest new bulb is around £150 then I realised that this was a large consideration, and given that the seller seemed genuine, the description was good and detailed, I was pleased to get it for £121.10!
On plugging it in and switching it on (once I had got the laptop output VGA port switched on) the picture is sharp and easily focussed. The menus and controls are easy to use and I can't fault it. We are very happy with it.

Great piece of kit
Have been thinking of getting one of these for a while now. Wish I had done so earlier, really speeds the job up if you have a lot of work to do. Expensive but well made as all Makita stuff is.
