Shoulder Strap Too Short
This bag has a major negativein my opinion. The shoulder strap is too short. I'm a modest 5'11"" and 170 pounds and even fully extended it is quite tight even if I don't wear a jacket. With a jacket on it is impossibly tight - uncomfortable, and can only be be swung around to the front with great difficulty for camera access. I emailed Neewer, the manufacturer, as invited to do so in the accompanying leaflet. They simply said to return it and they would pass my comments on to their appropriate department. I've since given it to my 10yr old granddaughter; it fits her - at the moment!
