Its easy and it works

Ok Once you can work through putting in contacts

Once I set this up for my elderly Mother it is ok. But to expect an older person with impaired hand mobility or poor eyesight to do the set up is asking a big ask. The old Fonerange Big Button 1 model was far better as it could be set up online and just downloaded to the phone. The operating manual is very basic and I had to work out for myself how most of the things worked - including how to operate the camera as that instruction is not in the manual. Each contact has to added one by one, letter by letter. It took me about two hours. I had to get a memory MicroSD card to add more than two photos. The set up is difficult and the user experience is poor and unfriendly to do set up. The typing of text is antiquated and not as good as an old Nokia 3310!
Having said all that - once set up - the photo dialling is easy for a person that has a lot of difficulty in using a smart phone or pressing normal phone buttons. The battery lasts forever. The charging is easy on the dock. the phone is light and easy to hold. So if you are buying and setting it up for someone that has difficulty in doing things like that - its great. If its for a person to set up for themselves consider their ability to do it. And also it is cheap...

Does the Job! Fits well on my large forearm
The pressure pad is thick enough to do the job without being uncomfortable. Some others I’ve bought, the pad is too thin to do the job. This one is spot on
