Direct replacement with no modification required
As a direct replacement CV joint this product is adequate. The joint comes with a new 32mm nut (No Spacer washer), Grease (One tube), Internal clip, Rubber Boot and two clips. The unit has the ABS ring already fitted.
The fitting is not overly complicated but the 32mm nut is very tight and will require a lot of effort to remove and retighten. The internal clip is made of a softer material than the original and therefore distorts when fitting it to the driveshaft. This makes it slightly too big to squeeze into the inner fitting, A little teasing with an electrical screwdriver cures the issue. Don't know how easy it will be to disassemble it.
Boot clips are a little fiddly but work.
In short, this CV joint fit the Jaguar X Type as a direct replacement with no modifications required. The part works as it should.

Great ENGINE fault code reader. Easy to operate & Read.
This fault code reader is compact. Easy to operate and almost idiot proof. The screen is colour and a good size, it displays the information in a concise form without ambiguity. Initially I thought that there were too few controls on the reader but those that are there make navigation through the various options very easy. This tool is ideal for DIY mechanics and professionals alike.
I purchased this model after researching a large number of readers and concluded that the model AL519 does everything it says for engine fault code reading. Do not payout for more expensive readers (which in some cases do less).
Remember this model is for Engine fault codes only. For ABS and other systems a more advanced model is needed.
Highly recommended.

Contact cleaner that works
200ml is a small sized can but as the product is for use on small things (Electrical contacts) it is more than adequate.
The fluid in the can certainly cleans away dirt. The fluid evaporates as it should without leaving any residue.
The only real down side is that the pressure that the can produces could do with being a bit stronger. This would assist in clearing away debris from the target.
In all an average product but good for the cost.
