Poor documentation
The information for my car on their website was wrong, and their documentation is so lacking, that it took a long time to figure out that the solid red light is what you want. Then programming it for my radio took a lot of trial and error. After I figured all that out, it works well. My only complaint now is that the accessory wire cuts out and resets the radio when I start the car.
