  Not happy. I needed a Macbook and I contacted this seller to check if there were scratches. He said there weren't. He was good about refunding postage when I queried why there was a tax cost (this must be some ebay USA thing). When the computer arrived it had huge scratches! He told me to send it back and he'd refund it but I was in NYC only briefly before going back to Europe. Now the battery needs changing which is £245! Not a good sale.
