  Book advertised as "Like New." Instead of sending in boxed shipping, seller sent in plastic. Arrived with intact plastic but tear present separating back cover from book. Had seller sent boxed, would likely have been "like new" unless already torn prior to seller shipping. Not worth the time to figure out how to send pix as contacted seller who was extremely confrontational, rude, and aggressive such that photos useless. Very disappointing seller.

  I am happy to work with customers who have legitimate issues or grievances. I am very receptive to all inquiries, unfortunately this customer does not share the same courtesy. Rather than send a message looking for a solution/ a refund, they were extremely rude and confrontational. They wrote to insult rather than to seek a solution. When asked to present photos of the damage, they would not, and even here they said they can't be bothered to do it. The damage to product was done on their end.
