  Misleading item description but seller was very reasonable, accepted the return and issued a refund with no fuss.

  In the description I said 'I also had an accessory kit for sale' This was misunderstood by the buyer as he thought the sale for the router included this £380 of extra kit . On realising this was not the case we came to an agreement that I gave him a full refund on return of my router I subsequently sold the router the next day for the same price without any further misunderstanding.
