Outstandingly packaged! Thank you so much for taking such care with this vinyl because it is a birthday present for a friend. If only all Sellers took this much care when shipping vinyl then we buyers would never ever have any problems with our purchases. - Brilliant Customer Service too! - I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this Seller again and again and again! Thank you.
WATERCOLOUR TECHS WITH PEN & INK by Nice, Claudia Hardback Book The Cheap Fast
13 Oct, 2021
A good introduction for anyone wanting to start with pen and ink drawing or with watercolours.
This book has inspired me to use pan & ink with watercolour wash. I haven't finished reading through it all yet but already I have experimented on some old 'failed' watercolour paintings and with the addition of ink they have been converted into decent works of art.
Keep in mind that this is not a conventional 'tutorial' presentation but a book of techniques with examples of what can be done. There are of course some examples showing the progress of a painting.
Step-by-step leisure arts: Painting with watercolours by Frank Halliday

A small book for beginners in watercolour with no-messing information.
I paid less than £2 inc' postage and for that the book is excellent value. The first 'tutorial' uses only three colours and enabled me to paint my best tree ever!
It is a small book, quick and easy to understand in its simplicity but I've found it really worthwhile.
I will watch for other titles in this series at a similar price.

Excellent title suggested something better. Disappointed.
As a Christian I thought the title and its extension "Popular excuses for avoiding Jesus Christ" would be everything I expected but although many of the author's answers and explanations are excellent he is way off the mark with others. Example: Page 27. The author says there is no contradiction between the theory of evolution and the Genesis account of creation. He is as happy to go along with a 'big bang' theory as he is a 'steady state' universe. The problem of course is that if you disregard what is clearly stated in Genesis you cannot accept the 'fall of man' due to Adam ignoring God. If there was no 'fall' then there was no need for the sacrificial and atoning death of Jesus.
