  The Blu-ray set I purchased was advertised as being in Like New condition; however, one of the discs had a scratch in it that caused freezing/skipping. I contacted the seller, offering to swap out the bad disc for another copy if he had one. My message was ignored. I next went through ebay's return process, and received the following terse reply from the seller: "No refunds/returns." I then presented my case to ebay, who decided in my favor. It took a couple of weeks before I received a refund.
