Mine was a QA failure, not sure if I was the exception
I purchased an replacement battery for an Icom IC-A21. Although the battery fit well on the radio, the charging electronics were not aligned with the holes in the case, and the battery could not be charged. This is a QA problem that might be remedied with a dremel tool, but I didn't feel like I should have to do that.

Good cap
Pleasantly surprised...I have a fat (XL) head and it fits fine, even with some of the proper 'Luft'. It's sturdily made, with a heavy-ish cotton-poly blend so hopefully it'll hold up and be less likely to shrink than all-cotton caps.
I deferred my review until putting in a couple hundred miles. Using Specialized Audax 3-hole shoes with 80's Campy quill pedals and they fit fine. There's enough adjustment to get the my preferred heel-in and they've never slipped. I *feel like* there's a slight supination angle, but hasn't bothered me, and I'm still not sure if that has anything to do with the cleats (vs insole or shoe). Planning to use for Eroica California.
