Lacks features that would make it useful
The product does not do what would be expected of a Wifi-to-RTS interface - that being 1) allow the connected device(s) to be controlled while away from home. And, 2) provide status to see whether the controlled device is up or down. Other smart controllers that I have that control garage doors, door locks, etc. all provide the ability to open/close/check status from anywhere as long as the phone app has a connection to the internet. The MyLink app only works when it is on the same home network as the MyLink device. So, effectively it is a really expensive backup remote. Not worth it!
