Nicely done but instructions could be improved.
The only problems are firstly they often forget to tell you when to either breathe in or out. Secondly, the instructor tells you to do things with your right leg or hand while he does it with his left leg or hand. This is confusing!

I watched it on TV and being set in Wales UK I knew it would make a great present for my Welsh lady friend.
