Not great

I purchased this for my elderly father but I had to spend 20 minutes with a very sharp knife trimming bits of plastic to make the lids come open easier. I was finding it difficult to open at first never mind an elderly person. Works ok now but to rub salt in the wound I found exactly the same box in white for 79p in my local home bargains shop

Good part

Slightly smaller than original but well made and so much cheaper than genuine part will order again when this wears out as it is used a lot. See no reason why it shouldn’t last as long as original. Buy it!

Works well

We previously had a much more expensive steam mop which packed in after only 2 years. This has a three year warranty and I will happily throw it away after that time and buy a new one at this price. Does exactly the same job as the massively more expensive one. Bargain get one
