Tough and it works.

The rat was quite blatantly climbing the outdoor tomato plants to eat the fruit. After a week the bait had not been touched. After a second week, with the tomato plants removed, the bait had been nibbled quite extensively and there has been no sighting of the rat for several days. I recommend this product.

AA 12 V Compact Tyre Inflator AA5007 For Cars Other Vehicles Inflatables

A useful inflator.

This is certainly compact. Small enough to keep in the car. The connecting hose is short so the pump hangs from the tyre in some positions. As received the connector screw thimble was binding against the end of the rubber tube, making connection fiddly. This was easily corrected by running a Stanley knife round behind the thimble to remove excess rubber. The gauge has clear markings and not too cramped. The On/0ff switch is useful. The built in light could be handy at night although it doesn't illuminate the dial.
