Unreliable thermostat
This replaced an identical thermostat which I replaced just 20 months ago. It does the job, but should last longer. I don't know of an alternative for this tank though and hopefully the new one will last longer.

Good machine at a reasonable price.
Makes really good coffee. Had to search around to get good instructions (the ones that came with it weren't that helpful) but having found a good video it's working really well and with minimal effort.
