Adequate performance
Write speed (79.0 MB/s) lower than expected (over 100 MB/s). However it runs Windows 10 1803 acceptably fast.

I love my Sansa Cli Zip
I use the Clip Zip for listening to BBC podcasts while walking the dog. In podcast "mode" it is very easy to pick up again where I last stopped listening. The battery lasts about 9 hours. I load the Clip in the Ubuntu operating system with podcasts in both .mp3 and .ogg formats and I can "playlist" the podcasts to play seamlessly in a preferred order. All the loading software (including making ordered playlists) is already in the Clip itself - you just drag and drop. Volume is excellent (under 'System Settings' set volume to 'High' and under 'Radio Options' set 'FM Region' to 'World') Controls are easy to use and the menus and settings are fairly intuitive. The supplied earphones I replaced with cheap earbuds which give clear listening at 50-60% volume. My only criticisms are ones that could apply to many other electronic products. The instructions are not full enough. I had to research in Google Search and learn by trial and error to find out how to make podcast playlists. The solution was surprisingly easy but no mention of it in the instructions or Sansa website. Why don't mp3 player designers put little "bumps" on the main controls (pause, forward, back, volume) so you can work the player "blind", by touch only, in your pocket? (I got round this by sticking on my own little plastic "bumps")

£300 well spent
Outstanding picture quality and detail when viewing Freesat High Definition. Also very good Freeview picture. No complaints.
