Kingston ValueRAM 512 MB PC2-5300
2 of 2 found this helpful I needed some more memory for my computer, I saw the Kingston ValueRAM 512 MB PC2-5300 and purchased it.
The memory has worked fine with no fatal errors or overloads and typically like any type of memory upgrade was really easy to install
It is perfect upgrade to any computer system

perfect for small jobs
perfect for the wiring and and lighting i needed, the length of the wires is perfect to hide easily
no issues or problems

Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX for Sony
positive:
Build, sharp, f/2.8, color, accurate AF.
negative:
11-16mm zoom so limited may as well have been an 11mm prime.
Large Lens Hood
needs a thin 77mm filter (bit more expensive that a standard filter (nit picking here)
comment:
whilst not as sharp as a Prime 50mm lens, its almost as good as across the whole image
My few negatives like i've said above are the size of the lens hood can make it difficult to pack into a smallish size bag.
the 77mm filter size can make the filters a bit more expesnive to buy (also needs a thin filter as well due to the shape of the front lens
Has a slight tendency toward over exposure in very bright situations when shooting in larger apertures.(probably to be expected).
Zoom range is limited with not that much difference betrween the 2 extremes (11mm and 16mm)
On the positives it built well and nicely balanced.
the focus and zoom rings are smooth and easy and precise to use in manual mode
The sharpness is outstanding for such a wide lens. Colors are very true and rich (with Sony A450).
Sky's are particularly smooth with rich colors (a great quality for a landscape lens).
The f/2.8 seems very usable with regard to distortion and sharpness.
I like the AF/MF switch on the lens.
I like the fact that it does not change the camera's own settings. All my other lenses the setting on the lens takes precedence over the setting on the camera.
The Tokina is the opposite which I prefer. as i tend to use the cameras own settings.
Attaches easily and sits very snugly with very minimal play on the sony A mount
