7 of 8 found this helpful Purchased the V6 Animal on Black Friday as a refurbished model after reading many wonderful reviews, but nothing could prepare me for the shock of what was delivered (2 days earlier than anticipated!) I swear, that this is not refurbished or reconditioned, it must be brand new as there is not a mark or speck of dust to be seen,the box is sealed and all warranty documents included. I may be showing my age, but I was super excited to use it and waited till midnight for it be fully charged so I could have a quick whizz round. I was surprised at just how much dirt and debris a speedy tour of the floor could pick up. It's easy to use, not to heavy a d picks up great. I would highly recommend to anyone unsure of whether to buy a Dyson reconditioned from this store. Thanks Dyson Outlet.
