Perfect book to equip those facing this uncertainty
This book has such timely and vital information. I am at the beginning of the journey. Although I am dreading what’s going to continue, I feel that I am being more equipped to face this battle . The content is vast and the ideas are terrific.

Older- Out of shape? Not just for kids! Wt limit 330lbs
No one has ever told us of the weight limit. Its 330 lbs. However, this game works for just about anyone! I'm older, out of shape, and have some physical disabilities that won't allow me to do many exercises. This game works with what you are able to do. It helps those with disabilities. It keeps tabs of even the slightest improvement. It even notices if you haven't shown up to exercise. It's probably the most personal game I have ever experienced. You pick what you want to work on, but it encourages you to reach for more.
Very Very cool game. Worth every penny.
