Not bad but quite small for XL size
3 of 3 found this helpful We were really looking forward to getting the xl cat house. It's a shame that the size does not reflect the term XL and for £150 it's quite expensive. We have a large moggy and he struggles to get through the tiny cat flap. If someone would ask me to size It, I would say its a medium to large.
The build quality is pretty good but the insulation was damp in the cold mornings and under the blanket.
