  The advertiser advertised Balboa TP400 topside control panal for a hot tub. I contacted him to even confirm it was a TP400 and also the inlay description. He confirmed it was a TP400. On receipt he had sent TP400W which is a totally different control panel and doe not work and is not a replacement for the TP400. I have had many communications with Dazza which acknowledge the mistake but despite many promises both via email and phone messages they have all proved empty. now not responding
