Vendor made it right!
1 of 1 found this helpful I ordered this battery for a Moto X. Unfortunately the first battery I was sent was defective. But, I contacted the vendor and they said no problem and sent out another one. The second one they sent out worked perfectly. With that being said this product is well designed and a good value. But this is not a battery that is easy to install. On a Moto X you will need to make sure that you have a pry tool kit with a micro torx head driver to replace this battery without hurting your phone.
