Great book for 11 year olds and upwards
Though the main basis of the story is about a fairy, this is a great book for pre-teens, teenagers and adults of both genders. It is a bit scary so I wouldn't recommend it for a younger age. But for those that like the Cherub series or Percy Jackson, Artemis Fowl is a really good read.

Everyone should read this book
Wish I hadn’t seen the film first but everyone who likes space, adventure or physics will love this book. My teenage son is desperate to read it after me and I know he’s going to love it too. Can’t rate it highly enough
