  Won item and paid for immediately. Waited over 10 days, as seller claimed he sent it. Never did. Communicated with seller several times and was reassured it was on it's way. Today, after following up, refund was being sent and the same item is relisted at a higher starting bid. These are the type of sellers you want to avoid. What BS!

  Look at my feedback. It speaks for itself. I will ad that I have been a judge for 26 years. I'm not jeopardizing my integrity for $27.40. I never told him I had sent it. I did not relist it at a higher price. I have sold about 200 of these at varying start prices with a downward trend due to age of the motorcycle it fits. The delay was due to ebay's new $ transfer method & the hospitalization of my mother. Buyer said he understood but filed a dispute the next day. Avoid such buyers if you can.
