  Items never arrived, was told some of my order was out of stock and they were waiting on more stock. However they were still being advertised for sale! Seller then failed to reply to my emails. It has been a tough year for businesses but it is important to communicate with buyers and be honest to maintain a good sellers reputation? Eventually received a refund but had to keep asking for this. Wished I looked at the feedback profile before buying as I see that others are experiencing this.

  The cross-stitch kit arrived today and I am very pleased with it, as described and fair price. However, I am not so happy about the time it took to arrive. I ordered it on the 11th August but it wasn t even dispatched until the 16th and it arrived today 18th. I ordered from this seller as they are located close to where I live and reviews said fast delivery. Luckily it wasn t needed quickly for a gift and it s only for me.
