  I have bought many items on eBay over the years but this seller went above and beyond, always pleasant and helpful. He always responded quickly to my inquiries, assist me when there was an issue with the carrier, and mailed me an extra band after the package had left, although I wasn't aware of that band, and paid for the postage while he could just have kept it.
