Good aquarium heater

A replacement for the identical model bought in Jan 2015 which recently stopped working.

Works but output is alot lower than expected

Produces RO water of good quality but the output is alot lower than the 75 gallons/ day suggested, despite being connected to the mains tap - 20L (4.4 gallons) takes over 4h to produce, i.e. 26.4 gallons/ day. The unit itself was also sent with no instructions.
