A recipe for simple Japanese cooking with delicious results

I have had this book for little over a week and already think it is fantastic. Not being the best cook in the world (not even in my house!), I bought this as I love Japanese food but was never adventurous enough to make some. Well, in lockdown life, I thought why not give it a go? So I stumbled across this book and dived right in to my Japanese cooking adventure. And by golly am I glad I found this book! The recipes are easy to follow and the results are delicious - it even gets a thumbs up from our 3 children! The book is written in a very informal, fun way which actually makes it a delight to read. The only downside - which is no fault of the book and isn't really a negative - is that it requires a restock of the shelves for all the new Japanese ingredients you will need. But overall, It's a great book with great recipes, one that I heartily recommend!
