Bible for God's purpose
I love the modern translation. This Bible has numerous cross references and notes. The notes are extensive and very insightfull with an eye on God's eternal purpose in His revelation of Himself to man. The only thing I wish was different is that it was a larger size, this one is only about 7-3/4" x 4-1/2" and that it was both Old and New Testament; I would love to see the notes on the Old Testament.
