  Fabulous, very happy with the item. As described in listing. Packed well and dispatched quickly. Good communication with seller. Thank you so much. My experience with Evri courier service wasn't good; their customer service is terrible, automated Chat and can't talk to a human despite their website claims. Obviously courier issues are not the sellers fault. The seller ddddgaff was great.

  Arrived very badly packaged, box was split in multiple places due to being too thin and weak for the weight of the item. Item was sloping around due to minimal packing material. As a result there was a dent and scratches on the top of the unit although it still functioned. I wrote to the seller to inform them and they offered a return/refund I said I would rather keep it rather than go through the hassle of returning, suggested they might partially refund to compensate, message was ignored 😕

  As I suspected a fraudulent refund request by you I was advised by EBay to not respond to you regarding compensation.I suspected that the photos were of one you previously owned and tried to pass off as the one I had posted.The box and the item were very well packaged which didn’t allow for movement.The box photos you are showing in your pictures are of the side of the box and yet the damage is to the top.I had also noted that marks on the sold item on my listing photos had disappeared 🤔
