  I've used ebay for over 20 years and was shocked to see this item posted this way due to the value of the item. It was unsurprisingly that it arrived damaged. Seller stated that it had no returns and I should make a claim with EVRI thus. Sorry, but as a seller you should be the one making sure the item arrives safely to the buyer. I had to open a case and seller still believed the packaging was sufficient as they had no other issues from previous sales.... Waste of time and returned

  Full refund has been issued. On a side note this customer did not contact me to say there was an issue nor give me an opportunity to resolve any problems, they simply wrote aggressive messages demanding a refund which was provided.
