Unitek USB 3.0 - 3Port Hub with Multi-in-1 Card Reader

Nice little device! πŸ˜ƒ
First off, I have to say, make sure that your laptop, computer, is USB 3.0 capable. If it is you will be able to have full functionality of using this device. My Samsung detected all USB ports and was able to access my storages easily. On Lenovo Flex, this device was detected quickly, and all data was immediately available with decent read and write speed. It even has a little active light to let you know the device is on and ready. The device does run a little hot on more larger GB flash drive storages, but that is to be expected. Data and video accessed and reviewed without a problem. The device also comes with an adapter, although it works exclusively with just a USB from device to computer. The device does have an internal driver that needs to be installed, but once the USB is plugged in the driver quickly installs in about 2 minutes (on an older Samsung computer.) On a newer Lenovo model, it is immediate plug and play, no driver installation needed, device can be used immediately. At $10, a steal if you ask me.

Shaklee enfuselle C+E Repair PM (1.0 oz. 28g )

Interesting cream.
For the first couple of days when you apply this product on your face, you will, after about 3 or 4 minutes, feel an immediate relief to the face as the repair process begins. Many years ago I knew a woman who worked for the "Shaklee" company and she let me sample some of her products. As a man, for me, these products were effective even after just a few weeks. The trick is to make sure you gently massage these creams into your face, but at the same time, make sure you really get them into the PORES of your face. I noticed a difference in my face after about 2.5 - 3 weeks use. I noticed my face was cleaner, softer, clearer, and overall, my complexion was just looking better, and it showed in the mirror. I saw a "noticeable" difference. I'm almost 45 years old, and I want to preserve as much of my youth for as long as I can. Shaklee's products are definitely a good first choice to achieve that means. Their proprietary ingredients over the years have gotten better and have withstood the test of time. Had I not met that woman who worked for Shaklee some 20 years ago, I would've never known about these products. From what I can recall, this ENFUSELLE product was not around in 1995, but I'm glad it is now. Thank you Shaklee. Btw, I do not work, and never have worked for this company, but I can say their products are effective as they say they are, at least, for facial matters. πŸ‘πŸ‘
12L Dual Tanks Electric Deep Fryer Commercial Tabletop Fryer +Basket Scoop 5000W

Pros and Cons
I don't consider myself to be a "Chef," but I am a good cook. This "double deep fryer" is a good investment if your business is "mostly fast food based..." Over the course of about 3 weeks, I've deep fried: 1. French fries (about a 2 liters of them) 2. Plantains 3. Mango fritters 4. Wonton Chicken wings (take out style) 5. Chorizo The food has come out perfectly without ONCE having to go to a microwave to continue frying because the food "wasn't done." The deep fryer does a good job of mercilessly frying your food very well. The unit(s) is of good construction. It feels pretty solid, it is lightweight, light enough for you to carry to a party and and feed alot of people, so portability is certainly not a problem with this unit. It has individual separate connectors on each side so that each unit has its own power supply. This is a good thing in the event one of the units stops working, you have the second one to finish the job. In one of the pictures I made a small portion of 10 bone-in Wonton Chicken wings. I waited about 2 minutes to eat them because they were really hot. When I took the first bite, I was amazed at how well they came out the first time around. They were delicious!! 😁 This was the first time I deep fryed wonton chicken wings that I made, not pre-made, but made from scratch with a proven step by step receipe. Now for the bad: There are no "drains" on this double deep fryer unit. What does that mean? It means you will have to wait a few hours until the oil cools down enough for you to even touch the inside oil pan to pour the oil into a safe container for next time use (the first time I used this fryer, I had to literally let the fryer sit overnight because I just didn't feel like dealing with the oil volume at night.) Secondly, clean up can be a pain in the ass unless you are wise and follow this simple step: After removing the oil you just used, given its still has a healthy color after cooking, you wait for it to cool down, store it in a large container, and fill the large "tub," where the oil was originally, with water and dishwashing liquid (Palmolive or dawn) and let it sit OVERNIGHT, and leave the fry basket in there as well. On the next day the grease and any crumbs from frying should immediately wash away during a quick 10-15 min scrub and rinse. Cleaning is a hassle, but it can be easier if you do it with a plan in place as I did. I also only used one "deep fryer" at a time to cut down on my cooking time and I knew clean up was going to be time consuming as well. Another issue is to be careful when handling the units when cleaning and/or placement anywhere in the kitchen (the edges are super sharp, and you should exercise great care when cleaning and moving it around.) If you have small children that are school age and can reach the fryer, KEEP THEM AWAY FROM IT, THEY CAN BE SERIOUSLY INJURED IF THE UNIT FALLS ONTO ONE OF THEM EVEN IF THE UNIT IS NOT IN OPERATION. For me, this will be a good back up unit in the event that I need fries or fried food quickly. You can get a large amount of fries from this unit in about 5-6 minutes. I hope this helps.
