    The item was late, but to no fault of the seller, it is as described, however, upon opening the item and testing it out, there is a crack on the corner of the dvd side and the dvd wasn't working until a bit fixing got it to work. Again, the seller is not at fault, they had item wrapped securely when i opened it, the blame goes to the mailing company for mishandling item. Which is why I gave 4/5 for item description and shipping time. None the less, the item works perfectly

    I do apologize for it taking a very long time to arrive and with it being damaged along the way. I assure you that it was not damaged before being shipped and we do attempt to wrap everything securely, especially a large item. Thank you for the positive review and understanding.
