SCREWS.
These are pickguard screws. You use them to affix a pickguard to a guitar. I even used them to secure some tuners to a bass headstock. Higher quality than I expected for the price. I will buy tons more of these.

Missing a Few Components
These are really cheap tuners, which is fine, but they arrived missing 10 out 16 screws needed to attach them to the headstock. Gears are very stiff, and have a fairly big relief when turning the machine. It's about a quarter turn in either direction before the teeth grab the shaft. They get the job done, but they aren't quality.

May Need Modification
I purchased two of these. There perfectly suitable replacement guards, and priced REALLY well, but the pickup holes seem to be a bit smaller than the pickup that should fit in them. I had three import p pickups that I sized up with these guards, and had to cut the openings for the ears and pickup shape a good eighth of an inch or more to get them to fit over the pickup. Guards DO come with a piece of shielding tape over the controls, which is cool, as most guards at this price point do not. Would definitely purchase again in the future.
