    Original hedge trimmer lost by ParcelForce. Seller could not have been more helpful in attempting to track it down with ParcelForce, without success, and after about 10 days he sent me a replacement of same make/model that arrived within days. Have yet to charge and test it, but it looks immaculate. I'm very appreciative of all the efforts the seller made re this transaction and he kept me informed every step of the way.

    The rating is purely on the seller, not the item, as I had to cancel the order as the description was missing a big detail: the colour. I could not tell from the pictures. Luckily I realised in time and managed to cancel my order. The seller refunded me straight away and I want to thank him for that with this review. I therefore decided to give him 5 stars for the speedy answers during the exchange of offers and more importantly for the very quick refund despite the missing important detail.
